When I was freelancing, I enjoyed seeing the relief in people's eyes when I arrived at an agency all calm and collected, ready to take on their advertising emergency. In that moment, I was a warm salve for the ulcer in their souls. For this Ziploc crisis, I was given a couple days before the holidays to figure out a whole lot more than just a new TV campaign. In the end, though, the spots are the most tangible evidence of my contribution. May they bring you some measure of comfort.
